The Artist’s Touch

This program, offered exclusively by Paint Horse Gallery, is intended to provide the purchaser of fine art from the Paint Horse Gallery a unique and highly desirable method by which to authenticate original works by our artists. In addition, this program will establish a line of provenance for that specific artwork which will remain inexorably tied to the artwork for its lifetime.

The intent is to establish and document who has owned the work through its lifetime. This is accomplished by the participating artist providing a brush or sculpting tool used in the creation of the unique artwork, affixing to both the artwork and the brush or sculpting tool a unique symbol connecting that tool with the work. No other such unique symbol will be used on any other work of art by the artist, and the brush or sculpting tool is effectively “retired” and offered to the first owner.

It is anticipated that the artwork, when accompanied by The Artist’s Touch certificate and its unique brush or sculpting tool used to produce it, will increase substantially in value as the years pass by comparison to other works of art not so designated by this unique concept.
